Shubham Viklang Vikas Sansthan is a registered non-profit organization based in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, working since 1993 to empower persons with visual, hearing, mobility, and multiple disabilities.
Through inclusive education, rehabilitation, skill development, and advocacy, Shubham has touched more than 27,000 lives across Bihar and neighboring states.
